Customer Care Specialist

As a Junior Customer Care Specialist you will be responsible for customer care via the various channels of (telephone, email, and messenger). This position requires communication skills, empathy, solution-finding skills, and good planning and task management. It is essential to have fluency in Czech/Slovak.
