Two contract positions are available for Speech-Language Pathologists to provide maternity leave coverage in dedicated educational settings. These roles span from December 1, 2026, through March 31, 2027, offering both a full-time position in Stockbridge and a part-time role in Dansville.

Desired Qualifications:

• Hold an active Speech-Language Pathology license for Michigan (SLP, CCC-SLP)
• Experience delivering services in school-based settings
• Specialized competence working with young learners, particularly in early childhood programs
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities to effectively collaborate with educators, families, and related service providers
• Commitment to maintaining high ethical and professional standards
• NO SLPAs or VOCO; these positions require direct services from fully licensed SLPs

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide direct therapy to early childhood students
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize student outcomes
• Maintain thorough records and contribute to IEP processes in partnership with school staff
• Offer guidance and support to families regarding speech-language goals and progress
• Adapt therapy approaches for diverse student needs, ensuring inclusive and accessible services
• Participate in school meetings and contribute expertise in speech-language pathology
