As a Security Officer Entry Control in Gretna, NE , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution, and more. Join Allied Universal as an Access Control Officer at a busy logistics and distribution location, where you will monitor entry points, verify credentials, and support a smooth flow of visitors, vendors, and team members. You will remain visible, conduct routine patrols, and help to deter security-related incidents while delivering outstanding customer service. Pay Rate: $20.00 / Hour

Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or drivers by following access control procedures, verifying credentials, and applying site-specific policies at a busy logistics and distribution location.
• Monitor entry and exit points for people, vehicles, and/or deliveries, document activity as required, and help to deter unauthorized access to restricted areas.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and support emergency response activities according to post instructions.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of access points, operational areas, and the perimeter, noting unusual conditions and reporting security-related concerns to the appropriate contacts.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
