Senior Director, Software Engineering - New York City

Salary: $61,000 - 101,000 per year Requirements:

• We require formal training or certification in software engineering concepts, along with 10+ years of applied experience.

• We will directly manage SAP Configuration, Software Engineers, and Production Support teams, providing senior-level direction across multiple platforms, divisions, and lines of business.
• We will oversee SAP General Ledger on S4Hana, ensuring a strong strategy, build, and production support model.
• We will implement SAP solutions at Financial Services firms, using deep industry experience to create value at scale.
• We will manage SAP Business Warehouse and BPC, supporting system design, testing, and operational stability.
• We will advance SAP on the Cloud initiatives using SAP Rise, applying cloud-native best practices and operational excellence.
• We will leverage SAP BTP to enable advanced business technology solutions.
• We will champion SAP AI capabilities and integrate innovative technology to improve business outcomes.
• We will serve as the primary interface with senior leaders, stakeholders, and executives, driving alignment and managing complex projects and large cross-product collaborations.
