What You’ll Do

In this role, you will focus on growing the agency through relationship-building, sales conversations, and client-focused insurance recommendations.

Responsibilities include:

• Generate and follow up with leads through calls, referrals, networking, and community engagement
• Build strong relationships with prospective and current clients
• Identify client needs and recommend appropriate insurance products
• Meet individual and team sales goals
• Maintain accurate client and prospect information using agency systems
• Provide a professional, positive, and solutions-focused client experience
• Contribute to a high-performance team environment

What We’re Looking For

The ideal candidate is confident, motivated, coachable, and comfortable having sales conversations.

Qualifications:

• Proven sales experience required
• Insurance or financial services experience preferred
• Property & Casualty license required before starting
• Life & Health license must be obtained within 30 days of hire
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Goal-oriented with a desire to grow professionally
• Comfortable using email, CRM systems, and Windows-based technology
• Organized, dependable, and committed to excellent client service
