CAC is a locally owned and operated ABA service provider in the heart of the Central Valley. We currently have 6 Treatment Centers in Fresno, Merced, and Visalia. The Role

Are you people-focused, driven and ready to grow in the world of HR and Recruitment? California Autism Center is seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to help us build the exceptional team that supports children and families throughout the Central Valley.

In this role, you'll partner closely with the Talent Acquisition Manager to support the full-cycle recruitment process including reviewing applications, communicating with candidates, scheduling and conducting interviews, onboarding and orientation. The Talent Acquisition Coordinator's day-to-day responsibilities include:

• Communicating with applicants with professionalism, empathy, and clarity
• Maintaining accurate and compliant candidate records within the ATS including documentation, interview notes, and hiring status updates
• Supporting offer and pre-employment processes, including background checks, reference checks, and onboarding documentation
• Facilitate engaging, biweekly New Hire Orientations
• Ensure accurate and proper record-keeping of employee information in electronic and digital formats
• Participate in company events including job fairs and community outreach opportunities

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent (Associate or Bachelor's Degree in HR, Psychology or Business is a plus)
• At least 2 years of administrative, HR or recruiting experience (Full-Cycle Recruitment is highly preferred)
• Proficiency using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
• Experience with and/or willingness to learn HRIS and ATS (Paylocity and Greenhouse)
• Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and communication skills
• Team player with a proactive mindset and a passion for growth

Full compensation package are based on candidate experience and certifications.

California pay range

$25—$27 USD
