Lead Acquisition Analyst – Houston, Texas HPM, LLC seeks a Lead Acquisition Analyst to perform business analysis, operational evaluation, and acquisition support for multifamily real estate investment activities. Conduct business, operational, and financial analysis of prospective real estate acquisitions, including review of historical property performance, rent structures, expense patterns, and market data. Develop, update, and maintain internal analytical models and evaluation templates incorporating standardized operational and financial assumptions.
