This role requires a strategic thinker who can analyze complex business scenarios, identify opportunities for improvement, and drive successful project outcomes. Responsibilities: Conduct thorough business analysis to identify and document requirements for M&A projects. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to gather insights and ensure alignment on project objectives. Develop and maintain project documentation, including business requirements, process flows, and use cases. Facilitate workshops and meetings with stakeholders to elicit requirements and validate solutions. Analyze data and market trends to support decision‑making in M&A initiatives. Assist in the due diligence process by evaluating financial, operational, and strategic aspects of potential acquisitions. Support the integration planning and execution of acquired businesses. Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders. Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success. Mandatory Skills: Proven experience as a Business Analyst, specifically in M&A projects. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Proficiency in business analysis tools and methodologies. Preferred Skills: Experience with financial modeling and valuation techniques. Familiarity with project management methodologies. Knowledge of industry trends and competitive landscape in M&A. Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP, CCBA) is a plus.
