Portfolio Analyst

Overview TW Work Solutions is partnering with a confidential investment management client to identify a Portfolio Operations Analyst to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented professional with 1-5 years of experience who enjoys working with technology, reporting, investment operations, and process improvement. Responsibilities Manage and maintain portfolio management software and reporting systems Support the ongoing enhancement and optimization of investment reporting platforms Generate and distribute portfolio and performance reports for clients Ensure portfolio data accuracy and integrity across multiple systems Troubleshoot reporting issues and coordinate software updates Work closely with investment and operations teams to improve reporting processes Learn, administer, and become the internal expert on proprietary software platforms Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Information Systems, Economics, or related field 1-5 years of experience in investment operations, portfolio reporting, financial systems, data analysis, or related roles Strong Excel skills and attention to detail Ability to learn and manage new software platforms quickly Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Experience working with databases, reporting tools, or financial systems preferred Excellent communication and organizational skills This role is ideal for candidates coming from investment operations, financial reporting, fund administration, business analytics, or technology support environments within the financial services industry.
