Corporate M&A Associate Attorney

I’m working closely with an AmLaw 50 Firm actively hiring a Corporate M&A Associate for its Houston office. HIGHLIGHTS Experience : 5–7 YOE with sophisticated experience representing public and private companies in mergers & acquisitions, joint ventures, and other complex corporate transactions Practice : High-level transactional work including M&A, joint ventures, corporate governance, and strategic business transactions Training & Growth : Significant client contact, early responsibility, direct partner access, and opportunities to lead deal workstreams while mentoring junior associates Platform : International AmLaw 50 firm with a nationally recognized corporate practice and deep industry relationships Location : Houston, Texas (Dallas and Austin also available) Ideal Background : Strong drafting and negotiation skills, experience managing transactions from structuring through closing, and a desire to work on sophisticated, market-leading deals This is an excellent opportunity for an associate looking to take the next step into a role that offers meaningful responsibility, premier clients, and a clear path for continued professional development. #J-18808-Ljbffr
