Program Coordinator

We are seeking two Program Manager I professionals to support a fast-paced Technical Program Management organization. This role is focused on executing operational coordination activities, maintaining project data integrity, and reducing administrative burden for senior program leaders. The ideal candidate serves as a highly organized program coordinator who can gather information, track progress, identify risks, and ensure stakeholders have the accurate data needed to make timely decisions. Projects may range from routine operational initiatives to complex infrastructure deployment programs involving large-scale compute, storage, networking, and emerging technology environments. Key Responsibilities Drive follow-up activities across multiple teams and stakeholders. Collect project updates, status reports, risk mitigation plans, and outstanding action items. Ensure owners remain accountable for deliverables and timelines. Escalate blockers and unresolved issues appropriately. Program Tracking & Data Management Maintain consistency and accuracy across project tracking systems and reporting tools. Monitor project milestones, deliverables, dependencies, and timelines. Support stakeholders with data collection, reporting, and program governance activities. Investigate, track, and update project issues, risks, and corrective actions. Maintain project logs and escalation records. Ensure risks and dependencies are documented and communicated to relevant stakeholders. Documentation & Status Reporting Assist program leaders with maintaining project documentation and status updates. Prepare meeting notes, action items, and progress summaries. Help keep project plans, timelines, and communications current. Required Qualifications Technical & Industry Experience Foundational understanding of data center infrastructure, hardware deployment, hardware validation, qualification testing, or data center operations. Experience supporting technical programs involving infrastructure, hardware, networking, storage, compute environments, or related technologies. Familiarity with project management methodologies and issue-tracking systems. Preferred Experience New Product Introduction (NPI) experience involving deployment of new hardware platforms or infrastructure technologies. Experience supporting large-scale infrastructure implementations within data center or technology environments. Backgrounds in hardware manufacturing operations, validation engineering, testing, logistics operations, or infrastructure governance are strongly valued. Education & Experience Bachelor's degree preferred but not required. Relevant hands-on experience is valued over formal education. Candidates with approximately 2–3 years of directly relevant experience are encouraged to apply. Experienced professionals who are comfortable in a highly execution-focused coordination role will also be considered. Project management and issue-tracking systems comparable to Jira or similar enterprise tools. Productivity and reporting applications used for program governance and status tracking. Technology Environment Exposure to AI-enabled productivity tools and workflow automation solutions is beneficial. Candidates who are comfortable using AI-powered tools for research, documentation, and task management will ramp up quickly.
