They strive to offer challenging work as well as the flexibility, compensation and benefits that allow them to maintain balance in employee work and personal lives.The position: We're looking for a Senior Tax Accountant that desires to expand their tax knowledge and experience.Ideal candidate profile:3 – 10 years of recent tax experience in a CPA firmCPA license requiredExperience preparing tax returns including individuals, trusts, partnerships and S corporationsHighly motivated to learn and produce quality workAble to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously with little directionExceptional written and oral communication skills with coworkers and clientsWorks effectively with team membersAble to build strong client relationships by responding quickly and providing knowledgeable, concise communication to the clientExperience providing mentorship to entry level staffTax return review experience a plusResponsibilities:Works with the tax team to prepare complex business and individual tax returnsPerforms the initial review of individual and business returns prepared by entry-level staffProvides timely, high quality client service that meets or exceeds client expectationsHandles routine client tax questions, and works with clients to obtain the information to prepare complete and accurate returnsAlerts manager and partner of any tax compliance issues in timely mannerCompletes research and special projects as neededStays informed of tax law changes and newsWhy should you apply?Competitive pay and benefitsFriendly work environmentReasonable work/life balanceOpportunities for growth and development
