Customer Care Supervisor: Lead & Elevate Service

iQor, Inc.

iQor, Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Manager in Charlotte, North Carolina. This role leads and administrates the Customer Service Staff, ensuring the highest level of customer service while carrying out supervisory functions including grievance processing and escalations. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a relevant field and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or a related field.
