The anticipated salary range for this role is $41 to $48 per hour. Salary offers are made based on the candidate's qualifications, experience, skills, and education as they relate to the position's requirements, the position's budget, and the cost of labor in the market where the candidate will be hired. - Review IM+CANS assessments and reassessments for quality, accuracy, and completeness.
- Monitor reassessment due dates and communicate upcoming deadlines to clinicians.
- Provide ongoing coaching, education, and feedback to clinicians regarding best practices and continuous quality improvement.
- Review documentation to ensure completeness and clinical appropriateness.
- Current Licensed Practitioner of the Healing Arts (LPHA) licensure in Illinois.
- Strong knowledge of IM+CANS assessments and behavioral health documentation.
- Excellent understanding of medical necessity, diagnostic documentation, and treatment planning.
- Experience reviewing clinical documentation for quality and compliance.
- Strong written communication and coaching skills.
- Reside in the Chicago metropolitan area
- Part-time
