Now Hiring: Experienced Centerless Grinder Operator

We are seeking an experienced Centerless Grinder Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience setting up and operating centerless grinding equipment and be able to work independently.

Requirements

Minimum 5 years of centerless grinding experience
Must be able to set up and operate centerless grinders
Strong knowledge of grinding processes, tooling, and machine adjustments
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and precision measurements
Ability to inspect parts and maintain required tolerances
Reliable, detail-oriented, and safety-conscious
Able to troubleshoot and make necessary machine adjustments

Responsibilities

Set up and operate centerless grinding machines
Make machine adjustments to maintain quality and tolerances
Inspect finished parts using precision measuring equipment
Perform routine machine maintenance and housekeeping
Follow production schedules and quality requirements
Maintain a safe and clean work environment

Experience: 5+ years required
