SEATTLE, WA — Evergreen Family Wines, founded by acclaimed Washington grape grower Jerry Milbrandt and winemaker Brandon Rice, has partnered with world-renowned winemaker Charles Smith to expand its Independent Sales Ambassador Program nationwide.

More than 100 experienced wine professionals are being recruited to represent a combined portfolio of some of Washington State’s most respected and recognizable wineries across key U.S. markets.
Designed for independent contractors with strong distributor and account relationships, the ongoing program gives experienced beverage professionals the opportunity to build distribution, drive sales, and increase market visibility while earning uncapped commission, performance incentives, and a weekly travel stipend.
Ambassadors manage their markets with significant autonomy while working closely with national leadership and distributor partners to increase placements, depletions, and long-term brand presence.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:
GROW THE BUSINESS
Build distribution and depletions across on- and off-premise accounts, secure new placements, increase velocity in existing accounts, and work alongside distributor teams to maximize execution.
BUILD THE BRANDS
Conduct tastings, staff trainings, events, and account activations while educating buyers, trade partners, and consumers on the wineries, wines, and portfolio positioning.
BUILD RELATIONSHIPS
Leverage and develop relationships with retailers, restaurants, chains, sommeliers, distributors, and key beverage decision-makers while becoming the local face of both portfolios.
DELIVER RESULTS
Track placements and account activity, execute against territory goals, communicate consistently with national leadership, and earn additional incentives based on performance.

WHO YOU ARE:
We’re looking for self-motivated, connected, results-driven beverage professionals who understand their local markets and know how to turn relationships into business.
Ideal candidates have wine, spirits, or beverage alcohol experience; established local account relationships; and a background in supplier sales, distributor sales, field marketing, key accounts, or on- and off-premise development.
Successful Ambassadors are entrepreneurial, competitive, organized, accountable, and skilled at identifying and converting sales opportunities.

QUALIFICATIONS:
•  Wine, spirits, or beverage alcohol industry experience required
•  Strong relationships within your local market
•  Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
•  Ability to travel throughout assigned territory
•  Ability to lift wine cases and work occasional evening/weekend events
