Daily responsibilities include loading and unloading construction materials, performing demolition work, cleaning and preparing job sites, digging and trenching, grading work areas, moving materials, and operating basic construction hand tools. You will also assist carpenters, concrete crews, and other skilled trades while following OSHA regulations and maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Candidates should be comfortable working outdoors in different weather conditions and be willing to perform physically demanding tasks throughout the workday.Qualified applicants must have a minimum of six months of continuous commercial construction experience working with a licensed commercial contractor. You should have basic knowledge of construction hand tools, the ability to lift 25 pounds or more, reliable transportation to and from the job site, and a strong commitment to attendance, punctuality, and workplace safety.
