Senior Solutions Home Care is seeking a Field Supervisor to support our home care operations and our DIDD Employment and Community First (ECF) programs. The role provides leadership, coaching, quality oversight, and field support to our direct support staff. Why You'll Love This Role Company vehicle and gas card provided $36,000‑$42,000 annual salary Weekly pay Full‑time schedule Medical, Dental, Vision Insurance 401(k) PTO 9 Paid Holidays Paid Training Leadership and Skills Development Career Advancement Opportunities What You'll Do Support Individuals Receiving ECF & DIDD Services Conduct in‑home, community, workplace, and virtual quality visits Build positive relationships with individuals served, families, employers, and supported teams Help individuals achieve employment and independence goals Support person‑centered services that promote community inclusion Coach & Support Direct Support Professionals Mentor DSPs, Job Coaches, and Field Staff Reinforce person‑centered practices and DIDD expectations Observe services and provide coaching Support new staff through field training and ongoing development Ensure Quality & Compliance Complete quality assurance visits Review documentation and service delivery Assist with incident investigations and reportable events Support compliance requirements Recommend improvements that enhance quality outcomes Problem Solve & Improve Services Resolve client and caregiver concerns Monitor service quality Assist with audits and corrective actions Identify barriers and recommend solutions Why This Role Matters Every day, individuals rely on quality support to achieve greater independence, meaningful employment, and full participation in their communities.
