About the Role\n

We are seeking an experienced, business-focused professional to manage stakeholder relationships and coordinate operational services for Global Commercial Data & Analytics supporting a leading biopharmaceutical organization.

\n

This is a mid-level, client-facing management position focused on building strong relationships with business stakeholders, providing visibility into ongoing operations, and driving the timely resolution of operational issues related to commercial data and reporting.

\n

The successful candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, internal leadership, and onshore/offshore technical teams to ensure effective communication, accountability, and continuous service improvement.

\n

This role emphasizes business relationship management, communication, and operational coordination rather than hands-on technical development.

\n

Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Stakeholder Management\n

\n
• Serve as the primary point of contact for Global Commercial business stakeholders regarding data and reporting operations.
\n
• Build and maintain strong relationships with Commercial Operations, business users, and IT stakeholders.
\n
• Understand business needs, priorities, and concerns, and communicate them effectively to internal delivery teams.
\n
• Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure timely, transparent communication.
\n
• Facilitate regular stakeholder meetings and business service reviews.
\n

Operational Visibility & Communication\n

\n
• Provide stakeholders with clear visibility into ongoing operations, service performance, open issues, risks, and resolution progress.
\n
• Coordinate operational status updates, management reporting, and service review meetings.
\n
• Track business requests, priorities, action items, and follow-ups.
\n
• Identify recurring concerns and work with internal teams to improve service quality and stakeholder satisfaction.
\n

Issue Resolution & Coordination\n

\n
• Take ownership of business-facing operational issues and coordinate their resolution with technical support teams.
\n
• Manage escalations, follow up on outstanding issues, and ensure timely communication with stakeholders.
\n
• Coordinate with onshore and offshore delivery teams to address business concerns and operational priorities.
\n
• Ensure clear accountability and follow-through until issues are resolved.
\n
• Support communication and coordination during system changes, releases, and service improvements.

Required Qualifications\n

\n
• 5+ years of relevant experience in business relationship management, commercial business operations, business-facing service management, or operational coordination.
\n
• Experience working in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or life sciences industry.
\n
• Strong stakeholder management, interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills.
\n
• Demonstrated experience working with business stakeholders and coordinating cross-functional teams.
\n
• Experience supporting business operations involving enterprise data, analytics, reporting, or business applications.
\n
• Ability to independently manage priorities, business escalations, and operational follow-ups.
\n
• Strong problem-solving, ownership, and organizational skills.
\n
• Ability to work onsite two days per week at the client location and two days per week at our office.
\n

Preferred Qualifications\n

• Experience supporting pharmaceutical Commercial Operations, Commercial Analytics, Sales Operations, or Commercial IT.
\n
• Familiarity with commercial reporting, data warehouses, CRM, or business intelligence solutions.
\n
• Experience coordinating with IT service delivery, application support, or managed services teams.
\n
• Understanding of service-level reporting, issue management, and continuous improvement.
\n
• Experience working with globally distributed or offshore technical teams.
