Director, Global Prostate Portfolio Commercial Lead

Johnson & Johnson seeks a Director to lead global prostate portfolio commercial strategy within its Innovative Medicine division. This role develops and executes portfolio initiatives across early-stage through established assets while partnering with R&D, regional teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to align commercial plans with business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement global prostate portfolio commercial strategy integrating market insights and dynamics
• Lead strategic portfolio projects including market shaping, launch readiness, and go-to-market innovation
• Drive collaboration across global regions and cross-functional partners to ensure unified strategy execution
• Engage actively with key opinion leaders and patient advocates to inform external perspective
• Influence R&D and senior leadership on commercial and competitive implications of clinical data

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years pharmaceutical industry experience
• Minimum 3 years pre-launch, launch, or in-line marketing implementation experience
• Bachelor's degree required; postgraduate degree or MBA strongly preferred
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, lead teams, and drive cross-functional alignment
• Exceptional strategic thinking, analytical skills, and complexity navigation capability
• Strong executive communication and presentation skills
• Oncology or prostate cancer experience preferred; scientific background preferred
