Director, Global Commercial Strategy (Prostate Cancer)

Johnson & Johnson seeks a Director of Global Commercial Strategy to lead clinical-stage prostate cancer asset development. This role involves translating clinical and market insights into differentiated strategies, aligning cross-functional stakeholders, and maximizing commercial potential and patient impact.
Responsibilities
- Lead global commercial asset strategy for prostate cancer clinical-stage asset across lifecycle and indication-expansion planning
- Engage enterprise-wide with regional organizations to align on global compound strategy and commercial priorities
- Co-create development and market-shaping strategy integrating clinical, payer, and customer perspectives
- Direct cross-functional assessments to quantify opportunity, develop forecasts, and inform portfolio decisions
- Mobilize matrix of partners across R&D, analytics, and launch-readiness functions to execute strategy
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree plus postgraduate degree in bioscience-related field (MS, PhD, or PharmD)
- Minimum 10 years progressive pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or healthcare experience
- Demonstrated accountability for high-impact commercial or portfolio decisions
- Strong clinical and scientific fluency combined with commercial judgment
- Ability to influence senior stakeholders without direct authority
- Expertise synthesizing technical, clinical, regulatory, and market evidence into strategy
