Licenses/Certifications: Must be currently Board Eligible or Board Certified in ENT

Experience: Prior clinical experience beyond training required

What You'll Do

• Provide high-quality ENT clinical care and surgical procedures
• Lead and mentor a team of board-certified surgeons and advanced practice providers
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive patient care
• Utilize advanced surgical platforms, including robotic technology
• Participate in community outreach and healthcare access initiatives
• Engage in research, educational, and professional development activities
• Support hospital and department goals following systemstrategic plans

What You Need

Required:

• Board Eligible or Board Certified in Otolaryngology (ENT)
• Prior clinical experience in ENT practice
• Not open to new graduates, APPs, or recent fellowship candidates
• Not open to visa sponsorship or locum/contract candidates

Preferred:

• Experience with minimally invasive surgical techniques
• Strong leadership and teamwork skills
