Inpatient Behavioral Health Advisor

Franciscan Health Dyer Campus is seeking a Behavioral Health Advisor to provide direct patient care for hospitalized psychiatric and chemically dependent patients, under the supervision of a Registered Nurse. The role focuses on maintaining a stable, therapeutic milieu and supporting patient progress. Key duties include monitoring mood and safety, de-escalating agitation using approved techniques, successfully completing Therapeutic Crisis Intervention (TCI), and documenting clinical changes for #J-18808-Ljbffr Franciscan Alliance, Inc.
