Fill stack and palletize cement products safely while maintaining quality under supervisor guidance daily outdoors.

Production Associate Details:
- Temp-to-Hire position
- $ 17.00 / hour
- Full Time work available
- Weekend work required
- First Shift (Monday through Friday from 07:00am to 04:00pm)
Employee must be able to independently operate and adjust weight in the Bagger Machine. Must ensure that proper bag is used for each product, according to verbal and written instructions. Visually monitor the weight of bags to ensure weights are within specification and adjust bagger machine as needed. Assure the proper process order and expiration date stamps are on the bags and printed clearly. Must notify supervisor and/or maintenance of any deviation immediately, so corrective measures can be taken to resolve the problem. Maintain bagging area clean. Other duties as assigned.
Production Associate Qualifications:
- Ability to maintain concentration while performing tasks over period.
- Ability to coordinate actions in relation to others' actions.
- Ability to communicate effectively in writing and orally with others.
- Ability to follow instructions given by Supervisor.
- Regular attendance at work and punctuality are essential job functions.
- Ability to work in a safe manner, be considerate of other employees' safety, and wear all personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment
