This position must have the ability to read, follow and interpret documents such as operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. While performing the duties of this job, the Assembly Technician is regularly required to stand for periods of time, and must also be able to regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Prior experience working in a manufacturing environment required.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesReceives new and incoming transmission cores from disassemblyInterprets, and follows manufacturer instructions to reassemble transmission to product specifications.Ensures the highest levels of quality in work.Assembles transmission unit using hand and air tools based on manufacturer specifications.Other duties may be assigned.Requirements:At least 1 year working in a manufacturing environmentFamiliar using hand and power toolsStrives to continuously build knowledge and skills.Follows through and meets commitments.Good at multitaskingDetail oriented, and organized #J-18808-Ljbffr Priority Dispatch Corp.
