Quality inspector

This is a hands-on inspection position focused on ensuring manufactured parts meet quality and specification requirements. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, comfortable working with computers, and able to accurately inspect parts both visually and using basic measuring tools. salary: $20 - $23 per hour

work hours: 5 AM - 1:30 PM

Responsibilities

• Perform visual inspections of manufactured parts to identify defects, imperfections, damage, or other quality issues.
• Perform basic dimensional inspections using rulers, measuring tools, and other inspection equipment.
• Compare parts against drawings, specifications, samples, or established quality standards.
• Identify, document, and separate defective or non-conforming parts.
• Record inspection results accurately using computer systems and/or inspection documentation.
• Use computer programs to enter, review, and maintain quality information.
• Follow inspection procedures and quality-control requirements.
• Communicate quality concerns to supervisors and production personnel.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe inspection area.
• Perform other quality-related duties as assigned.
