As a Housekeeping Room Attendant on the Cavallo Point Lodge team, you will enjoy a beautiful work environment overlooking the Golden Gate Bridge and the San Francisco skyline while earning competitive living wages and benefits.Essential Job Functions:Follow all rules and regulations as outlined in the employee handbook.Report to work on timeReport guest/employee complaints immediately to ManagementImplement and ensure that proper key controls are in effect.Ensure that our personal grooming reflects our personal pride at all times.Be respectful and discreet towards guests, coworkers and property.Understand and comply with all aspects of the hotel's health, safety and fire policy.Ensure proper care of furniture, fixtures and equipment within the hotelIdentify and report any health or safety hazard.Ensure guest privacy is respected and considered confidential.Familiarity with sanitation, cleaning and safety standards criticalMust be responsive to guest requestsNotifies the Housekeeping Management or the Engineering Department of any maintenance or repair that needs to be doneChange linen and remake bedRemove soiled towels and replace with clean, dry towels.High and low dust including furniture, lighting, corners and vents.Vacuum or sweep flooring.Clean and sanitize bathroom fixtures, flooring, shower and bathtub.Clean and dry interior windowsReplace all guest supplies to appropriate levels.Carry out other duties as may be required to ensure the Hotel Operation is properly maintained to provide total guest satisfactionEssential Work Skills:Ability to communicate clearly to staff, managers and guests required.Bending, lifting, climbing stairs and repetitive motion are part of the job.Self-motivated individual with the ability to work unsupervised and maintain high standards while being sensitive to time deadline.Ability to equally divide workload and work harmoniously with team members.Must be able to work a flexible shift including holidays and weekends.Desired Skills:Previous experience in hotel housekeeping preferredThe ability to speak EnglishAbout Our Benefits:401k Retirement OptionFive star hospitality trainingOpportunity for advancementEmployee discount programsFree parkingAbout Cavallo Point Lodge:Cavallo Point Lodge is a San Francisco Bay area luxury lodge located at the foot of the Golden Gate Bridge in Sausalito.
