Construction Sales Representative

Home Genius Exteriors is seeking a Construction Sales Representative to drive residential exterior remodeling sales. You’ll respond to company-provided leads, inspect homes, educate homeowners on roofing, siding, windows, doors, and gutters, and present written proposals. Use a consultative approach to build trust, close contracts, and hand off projects to production. We offer paid training, marketing and scheduling support, and growth potential in a fast-paced, performance-driven team focused on craftsmanship and customer service.
