The Position

• Location: Blaine, MN (55449)
• Hours: Days Tuesday, Thursday & Fridays 9-hour shifts; Saturdays 16-hour shift & Sundays 11-hour shift
• Client Specifics: 7 year old with trach, vent, and a g-tube

• Location: Blaine, MN
• Hours: Sundays 8-hour shift; Evenings Friday & Saturdays 7-hour shifts
• Client Specifics: 4 years old with a g-tube

• Location: Blaine, MN
• Hours: Days Friday, Saturday & Sundays 10-hour shifts; Overnights Friday, Saturday & Sundays 10-hour shifts
• Client Specifics: 1 year old with trach, vent, and a g-tube

• Location: Blaine, MN
• Hours: DaysEnjoy a flexible schedule with a variety of days and hours

Up to a $4,000 Sign On Bonus for Full Time Nights

Salary Range

At PHS, we are committed to providing specialized care for medically complex children. Every role, from direct patient care to customer support, plays a vital part in improving the lives of kids and families. The impact you make is invaluable. We are dedicated to offering fair and transparent compensation to our team members. The base range for this role is $25.00 to $31.00 hourly for LPN and $35.00 to $41.00 hourly for RN, which is based on license, relevant experience, and qualifications.
