Your future role at a glance Location: Newburgh, Indiana Facility Name: Ascension St. Vincent Primary Care Schedule: Full-Time | 1.0 FTE (36 patient contact hours) Compensation: $260,000 guaranteed base salary for the first year plus opportunities for additional earnings through production/wRVU incentives. Call Schedule: Minimal shared call rotation, heavily supported by a nurse triage service to ensure professional balance. Practice Setting: Outpatient clinic environment Champion Community Health: Deliver holistic, relationship-centered preventative care and chronic disease management to elevate the long‑term health outcomes of our local families. Advanced Life Support preferred. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. Education Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) required.
