About the Role
The Company is in search of a Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) to spearhead its next phase of growth and solidify its position as a leading revenue growth engine for brands. The successful candidate will be tasked with developing and leading the enterprise revenue strategy, translating the company's unique value proposition into a compelling commercial strategy, and establishing target markets, revenue goals, and go-to-market priorities. This role is pivotal in driving the growth of the company's predictive marketing and business intelligence platform, and the CRO will be responsible for commercializing this technology to create a powerful and scalable commercial engine. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in selling integrated marketing, technology, and data solutions, and experience in building recurring revenue streams is highly desirable. Applicants for the CRO position at the company should have a minimum of 15 years' of leadership experience in relevant industries, with a strong background in revenue growth and a Bachelor's degree. The role requires a leader with a deep understanding of media, social, commerce, creative, data, analytics, technology, and AI, and how these capabilities can be integrated to drive business outcomes. The CRO will also be responsible for leading a high-performing growth organization, establishing a growth culture, and ensuring the company competes with urgency, confidence, collaboration, and discipline. The ideal candidate will have a network of senior business decision-makers, the ability to originate opportunities, and experience in both new client acquisition and organic account growth.
