Job Description Turner & Townsend Heery are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Computer Aided Design (CAD) & BIM Designer to join our team. The CAD / BIM Designer will create detailed design drawings using software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or similar programs. The CAD / BIM Designer will work closely with other members of the design team to produce accurate, high-quality designs that meet the needs of the project. *100% on site requirement Computer Aided Design (CAD) & BIM Designer Duties and Responsibilities Create detailed design drawings using CAD & Revit software. Work with other members of the design team to ensure the accuracy of designs. Evaluate existing designs and develop new and improved designs. Provide technical support and advice to other members of the design team. Troubleshoot design issues. Ensure design drawings meet industry standards and specifications. Maintain documentation of designs. SOX control responsibilities may be part of this role, which are to be adhered to where applicable. Qualifications Computer Aided Design (CAD) & BIM Designer Requirements and Qualifications Bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, computer science, or related field or equivalent experience. 3+ years of experience in CAD & Revit design. Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, or similar CAD software. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
