Director Of Operations (Remote / Contract)

Key Objectives

Business Roll-out: Manage the implementation of our proven marketing and growth frameworks to expand brand reach.
Professional Selection: Lead interviews to identify and qualify high-level candidates for our global leadership programs.
Team Mentorship: Support and guide an international group of associates, fostering a collaborative and fun environment to help them reach performance goals.
Operational Scaling: Streamline workflows and digital systems to ensure the business runs efficiently in a remote environment.
