Plasma Center Technician

The high‑quality plasma you collect becomes life‑changing medicine. You will report to the Plasma Center Manager and work as a plasma donor screener and phlebotomist to support plasma center operations. How you will contribute Answer phones, greet donors, and focus on donor safety while ensuring a positive donor experience. Screen new and repeat donors and record vital signs and finger‑stick results. Use the Donor Information System, prepare donor charts, maintain accurate records, and coordinate donor compensation. Identify operational opportunities for continuous improvement and initiate changes to center processes using company‑approved procedures. Work a variety of shifts, including Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays. What you bring to Takeda High school diploma or equivalent. Ability to walk and/or stand during the entire shift. Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Physical capability to lean, bend, stoop, crouch, reach above shoulders and below knees. Ability to lift up to 5 lbs continuously, occasional lifts of materials up to 32 lbs, and rarely 50 lbs. Fine motor coordination, depth perception, and ability to hear equipment from a distance. Reduce glove wear for 90% of tasks due to exposure to bloodborne pathogens (risk level 1). One or more years minimum experience in a customer or patient‑facing role is helpful.
