Staff Relations Manager: ER Expert & Investigations
Initial Therapeutics, Inc.
Amgen is seeking a Staff Relations Manager to provide expert employee relations guidance and conduct HR investigations across the Operations function. The role is on-site at multiple manufacturing sites with a hybrid schedule requiring regular on-site presence. The candidate will partner with HR Leaders, Compliance, Legal, and L&D to uphold Amgen values and improve ER practices.
