UX Designer Nearshore

Salary: $123,000 - 163,000 per year Requirements:

• We need at least 2 years of experience in Product Design, UX Design, UI Design, Human-Centered Design, or a related discipline
• We expect a strong portfolio that shows digital product design work from concept through implementation
• We look for experience across the full product development lifecycle, including discovery, prototyping, testing, and delivery
• We value a solid grasp of user-centered design, interaction design, and information architecture
• We require proficiency with design and collaboration tools such as Figma, Miro, or comparable platforms
• We want experience producing wireframes, prototypes, journey maps, user flows, and design systems
• We look for strong visual design ability with a focus on usability and accessibility
• We prefer familiarity with modern product development practices and Agile methodologies

• We will have you design intuitive web and mobile experiences that address real business problems
• We will rely on you to improve customer workflows and streamline operational processes through thoughtful product design
• We expect you to collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, quality assurance teams, and business stakeholders
• We will have you translate ideas and customer feedback into practical product solutions
• We want you to contribute across the entire product development lifecycle
• We will have you work on both strategic initiatives and smaller iterative enhancements
• We expect you to help shape the overall user experience across a growing portfolio of software products
