Pay: $44-$79/hr Physical Therapist Lead Opportunity: Day Shift; Monday-Friday Lead and mentor the physical therapy team, supporting staff development, clinical growth, and high-quality patient care while fostering a collaborative team environment. Oversee day-to-day PT operations, including staffing, scheduling, delegation, communication, and coordination with other hospital departments to ensure effective patient care. Provide hands-on patient care while driving clinical excellence, completing evaluations, assessments, treatment planning, and interventions while promoting positive patient outcomes and continuous improvement.
