Job Description

Skill Sets

Strong collaboration and teamwork
Strong interpersonal skills.
4 + Years Experience as an implementation consultant or analyst in the functional implementation of Dynamics AX or Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations preferably in global /multi-country scenario
A firm understanding of D365 F&O/ Dynamics AX ERP

Knowhow on:

Jira
Confluence

Knowhow on methodologies

ITIL based processes
Agile Methodology

Expected Deliverables

Manage the overall delivery relationship with assigned program / project clients
Deliver weekly status reports, either developed directly or in concert with the project managers working in the program, and providing program/project progress and issues to client stakeholders, delivery management
Business analysis, functional requirement gathering and process mapping
Functional design document (FDD) development
Functional installation, configuration, and user acceptance testing
Key user training, go-live support, and post go-live process improvement
