Registered Nurse - Medical Surgical/Tele

$2545.92/week –

Job Summary:
Seeking a qualified Medical Surgical/Tele RN for a short-term assignment in an acute care setting. The candidate will provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced hospital environment, ensuring compliance with all clinical protocols.

Responsibilities:

• Administer medications and treatments to patients according to physician orders.

• Monitor patient conditions, interpret dysrhythmias, and manage related interventions.

• Document patient care accurately using Epic charting system.

• Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and update individualized care plans.

• Complete all required modules and attend staff meetings prior to start date.

• Follow facility policies including RTO requests and call-out procedures.

Qualifications:

• Possess a South Carolina or Compact RN license prior to start.

• Have at least 2 years of RN experience in Medical Surgical or Telemetry units.

• Hold BLS, ACLS, and NIH certifications.

• Demonstrate proficiency in dysrhythmia interpretation and management.

• Must have recent travel or acute care experience.

• Be willing to work 3×12 or 4×12 night shifts.
