Bilingual Loan Service RepresentativeJoin the 1st Franklin team as a Bilingual (English/Spanish) Loan Service RepresentativeSalary: $15.00 – $16.99 per hourSpanish fluency required. Must be able to communicate professionally with customers in both English and Spanish.This position leverages interpersonal skills, and business knowledge to meet the needs of our customers. This position works closely with the Branch Manager and staff to build relationships and identify the needs of customers. The Loan Sales Representative is knowledgeable of features of products and services to drive that exceptional customer experience. The LSR interviews customers utilizing professionalism, patience, curiosity, and a results-oriented manner.Principal Accountabilities and Key ActivitiesRecommends product and services to support individual, branch sales goals, and customer expectationsMarkets branch products and services to customers and potential customersConducts assigned collection calls of customer accounts to arrange paymentSeeks opportunities to originate new loans with new and existing customersDevelop knowledge of credit underwriting methods and sales toolsEnsures customer information is correct and documents interactionsConsistently meets or exceeds branch and individual goalsConducts dialogues with customers to identify and respond to needs in a timely and efficient mannerBuilds internal and external relationshipsEnsures customer confidentiality and privileged information is maintainedAdheres to all 1FFC policies and procedures dialoguesComplies with all State and Federal regulationsParticipates in personal developmentExhibits knowledge of all 1FFC productsSeeks additional opportunities and responsibilitiesEducation, Qualifications and ExperienceHigh School Diploma or equivalentServing our customers by working onsite at the branch office is an essential function of this job (working from home is not permitted under any circumstances)Ability to meet current Licensing requirements of various States and Federal regulatorsDemonstrate the ability to analyze relevant information and apply individual judgmentAdvanced interpersonal relationship skills at a variety of levels and greatly differing social and business settingsAbility to maintain confidential business and personal informationAction and result focusedStrong communication skills (verbal / written)Proficient with MS Office Suite products*Spanish fluency required.Desirable:Possess a valid driver's license and the ability to operate an automobileAbout Us:1st Franklin Financial Corporation has been a family run company for over 80 years.
