Seeking a high-energy Outbound Sales Agent, the remote position offers a full-time opportunity to perform outbound sales calls, identify customer needs, and close premium programs for qualified leads while benefiting from a competitive salary and uncapped commission structure. Key responsibilities Perform a high volume of outbound sales calls to engage with customers and identify their needs Clarify information, provide recommendations, and promote new products and services to enhance customer satisfaction Build positive relationships with customers and maintain accurate call notes and reports in the database Required qualifications 2-4 years of experience in outbound sales, telesales, or call center environments Proven cold-calling experience with strong objection-handling abilities Excellent written and spoken English communication skills (C1/C2 level) Customer-focused mindset with the ability to adapt communication to different personality types Proficiency in relevant computer applications and CRM systems
