What You'll Do: Build genuine relationships with customers and guide them through an easy, transparent vehicle-buying experience. Listen to customers' needs and help match them with the right vehicle and budget. Conduct vehicle walkarounds, demonstrations, and test drives. Clearly explain pricing, financing, and vehicle features with honesty and professionalism. Follow up with customers after the sale to ensure satisfaction and build long-term relationships. Generate repeat business and referrals through outstanding customer service. Stay current on Subaru products, technology, and industry trends.
