Provide motivational coaching and guidance to foster player growth, teamwork, and sportsmanship. Monitor player academic progress and ensure adherence to academy eligibility standards. Collaborate with athletic staff, support services, and parents to ensure holistic athlete development. Manage the basketball program's budget, including equipment procurement and team expenses. Stay abreast of the latest basketball trends, techniques, and rule changes. Represent the academy with professionalism at all games, tournaments, and community events. Ensure a safe and inclusive training environment for all athletes. Requirements Proven track record of successful coaching experience at a competitive level (e.g., high school, collegiate, or professional). Extensive knowledge of basketball rules, strategies, and coaching methodologies. Excellent leadership, communication, and motivational skills. Experience in player recruitment and evaluation. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; coaching certifications are a strong asset. Ability to develop and manage budgets. Strong organizational and time management skills. Valid driver's license.
