Office Staff

Job Details: Job Location: Portage, WI 53901, Role and Responsibilities: Office Staff are trained to answer the switchboard, fielding calls, and answering general information questions. You will need to become knowledgeable about all aspects of Cascade Mountain. The specific duties of Office Staff shall include but not be limited to: Managing the main office desk, the switchboard, and the office window Greeting guests, vendors and visitors at the window and answering their questions Announcing visitors by phone or two-way radio communication, directing them to the proper Cascade member Responsible for the daily mailings Answering E-mail Some data entry work is required Attention to detail is necessary May be crossed trained in ticket sales or other areas Qualifications: Qualifications and Education Requirements: Good phone voice and the ability to handle a wide variety of people, questions, and situations in a fast-paced environment. Friendly and outgoing personality. Good customer services skills necessary. Must possess a pleasant and professional manner and the ability to work well with others. Minimum age requirement is 18. Uniform and dress code required. Preferred Skills: Knowledge of phone etiquette required. Experience on a multi-line switchboard helpful. #J-18808-Ljbffr
