If you are a high-energy, team player you will do well in this position. You are the face of YMI to our personal accounts, but you're not alone. We have daily meetings as a team, bi-weekly one on ones with your manager, and monthly big-picture meetings. You will learn with the team and, hopefully, help teach the team. We believe that we all bring unique perspectives and make YMI better.

Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Personal Lines Customer Service Associate (CSA), based in Stroudsburg, PA, with some flexibility for remote work. The role involves managing customer accounts, providing exceptional customer service, and resolving inquiries through various communication channels. The CSA will assist clients with their insurance policies, ensure customer satisfaction, and maintain accurate account records while adhering to company policies and standards.

Qualifications

• Excellent Customer-focused Service and Customer Satisfaction skills
• Strong Telephone Manner and ability to effectively address customer inquiries
• Experience in Customer Support and providing high-quality Customer Service
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently in a hybrid work environment
• Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) tools is a plus
• Previous experience in insurance, particularly personal lines, is desirable
• High School Diploma or equivalent; additional certifications or training in insurance are beneficial
