Job Summary365 Freight USA is expanding fleet operations with a base in Rohrerstown, PA, serving regional lanes east of I‑35. The company is hiring safety‑focused Class A CDL professionals seeking a reliable career with consistent miles, newer equipment, and predictable home time.Drivers receive 100% paid practical miles, secure terminal parking in the Rohrerstown area, and comprehensive benefits to support both on‑road and at‑home needs.Compensation & BenefitsGuaranteed Income: Top drivers average $1,770 per week (approximately $92,000 annually).Base Rate: $0.55 CPM for all miles, loaded and empty.Accessorial Pay: $20/hour detention pay (beginning after 2 hours), layover pay, and breakdown compensation.Sign‑On Bonus: $1,500 (paid out over 3 months).Full Benefits: Medical, dental, and vision insurance effective after 30 days.Retirement: 401(k) plan with a 5% company match.The Route & EquipmentPredictable Schedule: Regional lanes east of I‑35 with weekly home time and a guaranteed full 48‑hour weekend reset.Premium Trucks: Assigned 2025–2026 Freightliner or Kenworth tractors; strict no slip‑seating policy.Driver Comfort: All tractors equipped with APUs, 1,500‑watt inverters, and factory refrigerators.Freight Type: 100% no‑touch freight; drop‑and‑hook operations.Company Programs: Pet and passenger rider programs supported from day one.Qualifications & RequirementsLicense: Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL‑A).Record: Clean motor vehicle record (MVR) and active DOT medical card.Experience — Experienced Route: Minimum of 3 months verifiable OTR or regional tractor‑trailer experience.Experience — Trainee/Entry‑Level Route: Recent CDL school graduates are welcome; up to 6 weeks of paid on‑the‑job training with a dedicated mentor and tuition reimbursement up to $6,000.Drive with a team that respects your time.
