• Oversee a caseload of 7 medically fragile students with support from 3 dedicated assistants
• Create and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each student's needs
• Foster a safe, nurturing, and inclusive learning environment
• Collaborate with assistants, related service providers, and families
• Advocate for each student’s educational progress, emotional well-being, and personal growth
