Job Description What You'll Do Build genuine relationships with contractor and dealer partners across your territory. Bring new products, ideas, and solutions into the field — educating and equipping partners to sell with confidence. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through your own research, prospecting, and hustle. Represent a premium, respected brand at trade shows, dealer events, and training sessions. Use modern sales tools and data to plan your week, track your progress, and hit ambitious goals. Deliver the kind of follow‑up and service that keeps partners coming back to you first. Qualifications What You Bring Experience selling into a dealer network, or a background in building materials, construction, or a related trade — preferred, not required. A natural relationship-builder who knows how to earn trust and isn't afraid to ask for the business. Comfort with CRM tools and a data‑informed approach to managing your territory. A valid driver's license and the willingness to travel within your assigned territory. Self‑motivation, professionalism, and a genuine hunger to grow.
