AHI Supply is opening a new location in Leander, TX and is looking for an Internal Sales Supervisor to lead counter sales and inside sales operations. This role is responsible for order accuracy, customer service, and coordination between sales, warehouse, and dispatch. You will play a key role in building processes and setting expectations from day one.

What You'll Do

• Oversee daily counter and inside sales operations
• Enter, review, and manage customer orders (phone, email, and in person)
• Ensure accuracy in orders, pricing, and customer communication
• Supervise and support the Counter Clerk
• Resolve customer issues and escalations
• Coordinate with the warehouse and dispatch teams to ensure timely order fulfillment
• Monitor open orders and follow through to completion

• Experience in inside sales, customer service, or construction materials
• Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Compensation & Schedule

• Schedule:
  • Monday - Friday: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM
  • Saturday: 6:45 AM - 12:00 PM
