About the Position

Seeking a Board Eligible/Certified Gastroenterologist with ERCP certification to join a dynamic GI hospital program in Jackson, MI. The role includes inpatient and outpatient care, rounds, and clinic coverage with support from advanced practice providers. Physicians will participate in a collaborative team environment , have access to a hospital-owned endoscopy center , and can engage in teaching opportunities through the GME program .

Shift Timings:

• Inpatient and outpatient coverage
• Clinic coverage one day per week
• Rounds and procedural responsibilities as scheduled

Requirements

• Board Eligible (must become Board Certified within a year) or Board Certified in Gastroenterology – [REQUIRED]
• ERCP certification (or willing to complete proctoring) – [REQUIRED]
• MI medical license (or willing to obtain) – [REQUIRED]
• Fellowship-trained in Gastroenterology – [REQUIRED]
• BLS certification – [REQUIRED]
• DEA certification – [REQUIRED]
• CSR/CDS certification – [REQUIRED]
• Clean malpractice and license history – [REQUIRED]
• Most recent NPDB self-query report (within 30 days) – [REQUIRED]
• COVID and flu vaccination compliance – [REQUIRED]
